Getting Here
Our studio is centrally located in downtown Vancouver with excellent transit access. The Granville SkyTrain station is a three-minute walk, and several bus routes stop within a block of the building.
Street parking is limited but available on side streets. Paid parking garages are located nearby on Seymour Street and Howe Street. If you are cycling, secure bike storage is available in the building lobby.
Studio Visits
Prospective students are welcome to visit the studio during regular hours to see the space and ask questions in person. While we cannot offer tours during active workshop sessions, our front desk can show you the facilities and discuss which courses might suit your interests.
If you have specific accessibility needs or would like to schedule a quieter time to visit, please email us in advance and we will arrange an appropriate time.
I stopped by on a Saturday morning just to see the space before signing up. The staff was so welcoming and took time to explain the different workshop options. I enrolled that same day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my own sewing machine?
No. All workshops use studio machines unless otherwise specified. If you own a machine and would like guidance on using it, mention this during registration and we can discuss options.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and move freely. Avoid loose sleeves that might catch on machine parts. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Can I bring my own fabric?
For most workshops, materials are included. Advanced courses may ask you to select and bring your own fabric; this will be communicated before the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available up to seven days before your scheduled workshop. Within seven days, we offer credit toward a future session. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
